Vivify Wellness Center is a full service Medical Clinic providing preventive and sick care to adolescents 15 years and older and adults with an in-house phlebotomy and laboratory services. We provide acute illness care, minor office procedure, and treatment of chronic diseases.

Vivify Wellness Center is also a physician-assisted weight management clinic serving the Wylie, Garland, Sachse, Murphy, Plano, Parker, Richardson areas and surrounding cities. It opened its doors in 2015 to provide customized weight management programs and promote healthy lifestyle changes for a healthier you. Our services are built around education for a healthier lifestyle and wellness to help you achieve long term goals. Our priority is to provide excellent care in a comfortable and convenient setting to informed clients with the goal of improving their overall health and wellness. Our services include non-surgical weight loss and promotion of wellness. (We do not perform surgery).  Vivify Wellness Center is here to support you in this needed lifestyle change.

Obesity as a Chronic Disease

Obesity is a multifactorial disease and a raging epidemic in our society today. The general population is misinformed, so we have an explosion of unhealthy weight and promotion of sickness. Obesity is a pro-inflammatory state which increases ones risk for diabetes, insulin resistance, hypertension, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, heart disease, stroke, metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, gallbladder disease, some cancers, osteoarthritis, dementia, and more.

There are lifestyle choices that harm us even further like Smoking, Alcoholism, Caffeine addiction, Poor sleep, Increased sedentary time (excessive screen time: T.V., computer, gaming time), Drinking our calories, Too much fast and processed food intake, Snacking constantly, Ignoring your nutrition by not supplementing with the necessary vitamins and more.
